Contract Site Representative
Ensure effective management and control of operations while developing a seamless service offering to CUSTOMER and other secondary customers. This includes being responsible for managing all facets of the HSE and operational interface between LMS (DHL) and its 3PL contractors at the field locations.
-Responsible for managing relations with Customer and other secondary customer’s management teams at the relevant field locations -To support the Delivery Managers in field locations and to be the focus for operational delivery-Evaluate and recommend operational changes to raise both efficiency of service offering to Customer and other secondary customers and achieve cost effective & profitable service levels. -Support, evaluate, implement and manage all operational systems provided to ensure they are implemented effectively and utilized correctly on an ongoing basis -Effective deployment of assets and resources across regions. Carry out route surveys to enable operation mapping for Light Vehicles, -Heavy vehicles/equipment for material delivery, Rig/Frac movements and provide risk mitigation plans-Provide support to Rig and Frac teams - pre-move planning, Rig/Frac move’s and post move reviews.-Perform vehicle/equipment and plant spot checks in line with Customer/DHL standards and operational requirements-To audit 3PL performance and compliance in line with Customer/DHL standards-Management of all administrative activity related to site location -Development and implementation of strategies for increased operational efficiency and cost reduction -Ensure HSE MS systems are implemented and followed to ensure compliance to strategy Focal point for CUSTOMER Logistics Operations Team
Job Requirement-3-5 years Operational Management/Supervisory Experience;-Team Leadership. This role is based in the field locations of Customer, China - namely Sichuan, Ordos and Tiao Hu -Staff management experience -Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure-Excellent communication skills - verbal & written (Chinese and English) -Cultural Awareness -Computer literate -Experience of the practical application of HSE policies and procedures -Transport logistics industry knowledge -Transport Management Systems implementation -Oil and Gas industry experience -Previous planning and scheduling experience -College or above qualification -Transport management/supervisory experience in supply chain environment with planning/transport systems experience-IOSH/NEBOSH - Desirable
